Step free access to all areas of the station, however, the step free route between ticket office and platform 2 is approx 500 metres long.
There are no lifts available and if you are unable to use the bridge whilst travelling southbound (towards Derby or Leicester), please travel to Long Eaton and catch a train northbound (towards Nottingham) to Beeston.
