Step free access is available for passengers using trains towards Penzance from Plymouth and London Paddington.
Passengers using trains from Penzance towards London Paddington and Plymouth need to use the barrow crossing and this is only permitted when the station is manned. Outside these hours, please contact the assisted travel team on 0800 197 1329.
