Staff assistance is available; please request assistance from any member of staff if you have not booked assistance in advance. The station is manned until 01:50 so assistance can be booked after the ticket office closes at 20:30. However, assistance cannot be guaranteed after this time.

Passengers are advised that the westbound platform has a severe step between the train and the platform from the front 3 train carriages.

Cyclists requiring access with their cycles to the platforms are requested to use the appropriate ramp from outside the station. There are no lifts available and cycles are not be carried up and the stairs.
Cycles can be carried on our trains free of charge.
