Staff assistance required for step free access to services to London and for interchange between platforms via railway foot crossing. Alternatively there is a ramp and gate for disabled passengers who wish to access services to London which is via Gordon Rd, this entrance is in excess of 800m from the ticket office via steep paths. There is no parking there but it is possible to pick people up and drop them off here.
