Due to a new platform build at Leeds station, the long-stay car parking spaces are reducing. The parking will be reduced in phases until May 2019, when the long-stay car parks will be then closed to the public. Long-stay car parking spaces have now reduced by 100, with further reductions taking place between March and May 2019. Contract car park spaces will remain in place. The Leeds CityBus service, linking various locations in Leeds city centre, departs from stand S8 in front of Leeds station at frequent intervals. The service runs Mondays to Saturdays between 06:30 and 19:30. A flat fare of 50p is charged.
