Platform 2 (to Hereford) is accessed via a footbridge with steps or a long steep footpath from the station forecourt to the path at the mouth of the tunnel. On the other side of the tunnel mouth is a compliant ramped path leading to the platform which also connects with the town. This path is not part of the station
