The Whistle Stop Café is located in the main station building to the left of the main entrance and ticket office. Access is also available from the northbound platform. Opening hours will be detailed on the cafe door.
The toilets are located on Platform 1. The National key toilets are located within the station café; these toilets are operated by a radar key.

Supervised access to the southbound platform via a crossing with assistance from Booking Office staff during opening hours and from traincrew when it is closed.

Location: Two tier cycle racks providing space for up to 20 bicycles are located in a shelter to the north of the station building, adjacent to the wall onto the platform. A bicycle pump and repair station is also provided.
