You can book assistance up to 4 hours before your journey when travelling on South Western Railway. Planning in advance isn't always possible so do not worry if you haven't booked - please make yourself known to the Guard, who will step out onto the platform when the train arrives.

There is level access from Clarendon Road to Platform 2 (for trains towards London Waterloo) via a separate entrance. The step-free route between platforms is approximately 475m via the street.
