This is a Category A station. This station has step-free access to both platforms. The Passenger Assist meeting point is at the Help Point on Platform 1.

Please take care when boarding/alighting the train towards the middle and rear of platform 2 as the stepping distance between the platform and the train may be more prominent than at other areas of the platform.
