The main entrance is the only entrance that has step free access. There is a lift to take you from the entrance to the station concourse and platform levels. Please note there is no step free access from the Coopers Road entrance to the station.
There are ticket gates to all platforms. All platforms can be accessed by wide ticket gates.
Assistance is available to and from platforms. You can request this from the customer information point staff on the concourse, at the main entrance where the mobility set down / pick up point is located as well as the station help points by the lifts at the main entrance.
