Level access from the car park through a covered walkway, turn left and down a ramp (47 paces, 1:14 slope),turn left down ramp with frequent steps (33 paces, 1:7 slope) onto the island platform. Trains for Manchester leave on the right hand side of the platform. Trains for Hadfield leave on the left hand side of the platform.
