Step free access to Platform 1 (to Cardiff) directly from the road with no pavement.  Step free access to Platform 2 (to Rhymney) via a ramp with a moderate gradient leading from Colliery Road.  The entrance on colliery road has no pavement and sharp corner.  Access between the platforms is via a footbridge
