There is step free access from the carpark to Platforms 2/3 (for trains towards Colchester and Ipswich, and Sudbury) only, with no step free access from the carpark to Platform 1 (for trains towards London) via the station as there is a stepped footbridge between the platforms.
Access from the ticket office to Platforms 2/3 (for trains towards Colchester and Ipswich, and Sudbury) is via North Lane, which is approximately 500m from the ticket office and Platform 1 (for trains towards London). Please allow plenty of time for your transfer between platforms.
