Two cafes are to be found at Shrewsbury station. The first is to the left of the station entrance as you enter the main station building. There is a Starbucks on the main island platforms with entrance doors off either platforms 4 and 7.
The toilets are located on Platform 4a. The National key toilets are located on Platform 4a; these toilets are operated by a radar key.
