Station staff can provide assistance throughout the station, and with boarding and alighting the train. Customers requiring assistance should make themselves known to station staff at the Ticket Office no less than 20 minutes prior to the departure time of their train.

The nearest taxi rank is at the station entrance.
Replacement coaches will pick up / drop off at the bus stops on Station Street due to the station car park not being wide enough for a coach to turn around in. Station Street is the road which runs parallel to the station access road and can be reached by using the footbridge on the station approach road.
