Step-free access lifts are available between the ticket hall and all platforms. Ramps are available for London North Western Railway, London Underground, Southern and London Overground. Due to a short platform. customers on Southern services travelling to Wembley Central should travel in the front seven coaches only. Please note that lifts to platforms 5 and 6 (London North Western and Southern services) are unavailable and not expected to be returned to service until January 2026.

Interchange available on Southern services to Gatwick Airport. Services will not be direct.
Replacement buses serve stops near the station entrance. Buses towards Harrow & Wealdstone serve stops to the west of the main station entrance on the same side of the road, and buses towards Queens Park serve stops on the opposite side of the road to the station
