This station has step free access to all platforms HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE, people with restricted mobility are advised to arrive on the London bound side of the station as the lifts are quicker and easier to operate than the chair lift in the Ipswich / Norwich bound ticket hall and it is quite a long and steep walking route to get from one side to the other.
